Montblanc 342G 1956 Rare Vintage Fountain Pen Mint Obb
Mont blanc # 342 g 1956. Vintage mont blancs are rarely seen in this state. A lovely spotless mint, shiny black! This is an unbelievable mint version of the 1950s montblanc 342g pens. This particular example carries the rarest nib option, double broad oblique!
Mtaches the barrel imprint! I doubt you will find another 342 in this state, far less a double broad oblique nib 14k solid gold super flex nib. Mb 342 g pens have been loved by all for the smooth writing and lovely balance and sheer reliability, they last omre than a lifetime! Aamzing feel of this nib, one of my favourites, you have the feeling to write more and more with such a majestic nib.
In liek new condition! Beautiful writer and very very smooth! Milk hwite star! ( the photo seems a bit yellow, so i wanted to clarify this, the cap star is milk white! ).
In unbelievably and absolute mint condition. This pen has rarely been used, clear ink windows and perfect piston. Another very interesting this is that the cap imprint font on this pen are the same as those of the 142-149 series.
The thikc striated writing! Also this pen has the pistong with the safety turn. That means you turn this piston a bit then it engages. As safety feature found on the top most montlbancs to avoid accidental ink spilling and also piston damage!
In ready to use state and a great everyday motnblanc pen with very very high value and appreciation. A pen that grwos in value with time yet is vintage and robust! The pen measures 128 mm in length (capped), and the pen is 148 mm posted.
